Hair Loss FAQs for Skull Expansion Exercises

The hair loss FAQs (frequently asked questions) below should answer any question you have about the skull expansion exercises from my "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" ebook.

I developed and successfully used these techniques to stop my own hair loss and restore natural hair regrowth. And now they're helping other men and women do the same.

As you may already know, slowing, stopping and then reversing the hair loss process is not an easy task! Clearly then, any new method for fighting hair loss demands scrutiny and needs to provide answers to several important questions.

Q1. How does this new approach to hair loss work?

There are three basic approaches involved. One approach dramatically increases scalp circulation (this explains why my techniques can help other types of hair loss too - see Q12, Q13 and Q14).

The other two approaches are revealed in the "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" ebook.

Q2. What do the techniques involve?

Many people know that massage exercises can increase scalp circulation for a short period of time. So, three of my techniques involve a unique form of scalp manipulation. But that doesn't just mean a basic head massage. There's a lot more to these exercises than simply massaging your head! These are specialized techniques designed to address specific areas of the scalp.

Q3. How many techniques are there and will I have to do them all?

There are eight techniques in total - four relate directly to the temple region and four to the crown/back of the head. However, you won't necessarily need to use them all.

"Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" explains how your own personal circumstances (i.e., the extent and location of your hair loss, the type of hair loss you have, and whether you are a man or a woman) will determine which techniques to use. You focus on those that are relevant to you and will benefit you the most.

Q4. How long do the techniques take to apply?

These techniques take just 15 minutes twice a day (ideally you would do three 20 minute sessions per day). And, if a total of thirty or more minutes per day sounds a lot, just consider the following questions:

How long do you spend each day worrying about your hair?
Wouldn't you rather spend that time in a productive way instead?

There's a huge number of people who spend a very long time every single day getting stressed out by their hair loss problem. (I know because I used to be one of them!)

But I found these techniques also removed the stress caused by hair loss. And once you know you've finally found something that really does help, you can then save time searching for other hair loss products and simply get on with your life instead.

Q5. How long before I see results?

Obviously this varies from person to person depending upon the extent of your hair loss and how recently it started. If you've suffered severe hair loss for many years, stimulating hair regrowth is going to take longer to get going (you should also read Q11).

However, most people see a noticeable improvement in hair growth within just a few months.

It takes a few months simply because, when a new hair starts growing from the root, it takes time to travel along the follicle, emerge and then become visible. Hair grows at approximately 3 mm/week, so new hair growth does take time. Furthermore, some hair follicles might first need to restart the hair growth cycle - hair naturally enters and remains in a resting phase (telogen) for a few months before the growth phase (anagen) restarts.

Q6. What results can I expect?

Initially, you'll notice a reduction in the rate of hair loss. Healthier, thicker hair growth in areas of hair thinning will then follow.

As for new growth in previous areas of hair loss, you should expect strong regrowth at the crown (vertex) and back of the head. Recovery of hair at the temples is possible but more difficult (see Q10).

Q7. For both men and women?

Yes. These techniques involve no other hair loss products. Whereas drugs like finasteride and dutasteride are not suitable for women, these natural techniques can be used by anyone.

Q8. Who can benefit most from these techniques?

The techniques should help men and women with thinning hair and mild to moderate hair loss, but are less likely to help anyone with severe hair loss or who is already completely bald.

Men - If your hair loss started within the last seven years, or is not too severe, then you are highly likely to benefit by using these techniques. That's because any man with hair loss to this extent will be in a very similar situation to mine:

My hair loss started when I was 23 with a receding hairline. Rapid hair loss at the temples extended to thinning hair at the crown within just a couple of years, and this eventually developed into thinning hair at the back of my head too. All in all, I suffered hair loss for seven years. So, if you can relate to my own rate and region of hair loss, you should feel confident about using these techniques to produce significant hair regrowth.  You can read about how I beat hair loss here.

Women - Androgenetic alopecia usually develops in women as diffuse thinning (evenly spread out hair loss). It mostly occurs after the menopause (when estrogen levels fall allowing testosterone to express itself on the female body). Since women have a lot less testosterone than men, they do not experience skull expansion and hair loss to the same extent. So these techniques should prove highly effective for most women with this condition.

There are also several other types of hair loss that can also affect women. These are explained below.

Q9. Will these techniques stop future hair loss?

Yes. These techniques stopped my hair loss in its tracks. I experienced strong regrowth where my hair was thinning and some new hair growth at the temples too. And I've kept my hair ever since. I'm in no doubt that, but for these techniques, I would have suffered extreme hair loss many years ago. So these methods will also act as a strong preventative measure against future hair loss.

Q10. Is complete hairline regrowth possible?

Receding temples (receding hairline) is a very difficult area of the scalp to address. However, even here, some hair regrowth has been achieved:

In my case, temple recession stopped and later, some hair regrowth appeared in this region. But I still do have some residual loss at the temples. Nevertheless, I am extremely pleased with my own results.

Anyone whose temples have only just started to recede, might be able to fully recover their hairline. But, to be perfectly honest, I doubt it. I think stopping further temple recession is the most realistic target.

Q11. Can these techniques help someone who is completely bald?

No, probably not. I think someone who's been completely bald for many years will probably need several measures to produce any noticeable results.

Perhaps dietary changes, supplements, as well as my techniques, all combined might produce some new hair growth.

Note though that follicles do not die. "Dormant" is a much more accurate term. As such, there will always be the potential for follicles to grow hair. But, for someone who has been completely bald for many years, it will be very difficult.

Q12. Can these techniques help with telogen effluvium?

Yes. Telogen effluvium and chronic telogen effluvium (CTE) are very common conditions. CTE often develops in women who frequently have heavy periods, and vegetarians (both male and female). It usually develops slowly over many years due to a nutritional deficiency in iron.

Treatment for CTE typically involves nutritional supplements (iron, L-lysine and vitamin C). Whilst the body does take time to recover its iron levels, as long as you start correcting this, my techniques should then be able to help kick-start healthy hair regrowth.

Q13. Can these techniques help women with postpartum hair loss?

Most probably, yes. During pregnancy, there's a rise in female estrogen levels and hair normally grows extremely well as a result. But, following pregnancy, when these levels subsequently decline, postpartum hair loss can develop. Postpartum hair loss affects up to 50% of women and is usually temporary.

Whilst the cause of this condition must first be rectified (it takes about 6 months to a year for the body to return its estrogen levels back to normal by the way) my natural techniques should help kick-start hair growth back to normal much faster than if nothing is done at all. It certainly would be ill-advisable to try any hair loss drugs or herbals that can affect your hormone levels just at a time when your body is trying really hard to restore its natural hormone balance.

Q14. Can they help with hair loss caused by thyroid problems?

Most probably, yes. Many types of hair loss can be caused by hormone imbalances, including the thyroid gland. Thyroid disorders include thyroiditis, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. As long as you can first identify and successfully treat the underlying thyroid condition, my techniques should help encourage your scalp follicles to grow strong, healthy hair again.

Q15. Can these techniques help someone with alopecia areata or cicatricial alopecia?

No. Alopecia areata is an extremely distressing condition involving sudden, excessive hair loss. The hair usually falls out in clumps and can cause severe bald patches within days. Even total hair loss is possible (alopecia totalis and alopecia universalis).

Alopecia areata, totalis and universalis all involve an autoimmune skin disease whereby the body attacks its own (hair growing) cells and tissues. But, because the mechanism that actually causes this autoimmune response remains unknown, successful treatment is very difficult to achieve. And, as such, it's unlikely that my techniques will help - the underlying mechanism must be addressed first.

Cicatricial alopecia (scarring alopecia) is another autoimmune disease that causes hair loss. And so, it too is unlikely to benefit from my techniques.

Q16. Can these techniques help someone in middle or old age?

Yes. There's no reason why they can't be used successfully in older people. Your follicles are dormant, not dead. So you should be able to stimulate them back into normal healthy hair growth.

For example, post-menopausal hair loss is actually androgenetic alopecia (female pattern baldness) and is extremely common: about 60% of women suffer from this type of hair loss following the menopause.

Q17. Are the techniques safe?

Yes. There's no risk in using these techniques either for an existing hair loss problem, or as a preventative measure against future hair loss. The techniques are not painful to apply, and don't cause side effects, whereas other products such as the hair loss drugs Rogaine and Propecia do carry such a risk.

Q18. Do I need other hair loss products or need to visit a clinic for treatment?

No. This is a simple, highly effective method that's easy to apply in the privacy of your own home. You don't need to visit a clinic for treatment, and no other hair loss products are involved.

Q19. Can I use other products alongside these techniques?

Yes. If you want to use other products alongside, you can. A multiple product approach might even be the most beneficial approach if your hair loss is very severe (see Q11).

Q20. Is this just another ebook giving basic hair care advice?

No. Other hair loss ebooks might give you nutritional advice, tell you what supplements to take or reveal various vegetable extracts you can rub onto your head! They might also recommend simple neck stretches, breathing exercises or a basic head massage.

But whilst some of these things might benefit hair growth, they all fail to address the skull expansion process. And this makes the techniques in "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" unique.

This ebook has been written in two parts:

Part 1 focuses on various factors that can affect hair loss, and explains the skull expansion process in detail (including the extraordinary reason why skull expansion occurs in the first place - i.e., how this type of hair loss evolved).

Part 2 is dedicated to the skull expansion techniques. It gives step-by-step instructions how to perform them and personalize them for your own circumstances. It gives examples and illustrations to show you exactly what you need to do. It's fascinating reading and quite unlike any other hair loss ebook.

Q21. Is there a full money back guarantee?

Yes. "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" has a 30 day 100% full money back guarantee. Whilst it will probably take more than 30 days for significant results to show, you should still be able to determine whether or not this new approach to hair loss is for you. So, if you're not convinced that these techniques will solve your hair loss problem, simply contact me and your money will be refunded.

Try My Techniques Yourself?

If you've read the testimonials page then you know that my techniques are now producing positive results for many men and women.

And the reason why, is simply because they tackle skull expansion - the real reason behind hair loss. This is something other products fail to do (and this explains why most of them don't even work!)

So, if you suffer hair loss and want to solve this problem once and for all, you can now learn how to use my techniques simply by reading "Here Today, Hair Tomorrow" and following the instructions it contains.
